My Background and Experience

I was born on the wide, open Prairies, into a family of kind, creative souls. My parents nurtured a love of art, curiosity, and compassion—qualities that have shaped me throughout my life. The path to Jungian Coaching wasn’t a straight line, but a winding and meaningful journey through many different landscapes.

For thirty years I immersed myself in the study of Eastern religion, yoga, and meditation, all while working in the corporate world. At the heart of it all was a deep and enduring love for people—how we grow, how we struggle, and how we find our way. That thread of connection guided me, and when I stepped away from business life, becoming a coach felt like the most natural next step.

I earned my Life Coaching certification from Rhodes Wellness College, followed by a year obtaining a diploma in Wellness Counseling, and another year assistant teaching. Alongside this, I am and have been actively involved in Jungian study groups and seminars for almost a decade. Eventually, I chose to deepen that path and trained as a Jungian Coach. That experience was a revelation—it named and illuminated the soul-led path I had been walking for quite some time.

My Approach

The Jungian approach was the missing piece. It opened a doorway from a more conventional way of seeing life into the richness, mystery, and deep intelligence of the psyche. It’s a perspective that honors the whole being—conscious and unconscious—and allows us to meet ourselves with awe, compassion, and strength.

This work has been deeply transformative for me. It’s now the heart of what I do: helping others discover and trust the power and beauty of their own inner lives. I believe we are all meant to live as whole, soulful beings, and I feel honored to walk alongside those ready to explore that possibility.
